Her boyfriend (now husband) Brian, quipped "You need a light in that thing!" ..and the rest is handbag history! A fashionista from day one, Kara decided that her handbag line would not only be fashionable and functional, but inspire women along the way. Incorporating spirituality into her designs, she drew on the feel-good power of color. Each bag includes a small booklet describing what each color light means. As Solas has grown, we've decided to reach out to our customers and supporters more and more.
